Last Friday I was at the Seaport Hotel in Boston for Julie and Mike's wedding. Beautiful weather and the hotel has a great spot for the "city in lights " shot. They have very cool honeymoon plans, they're doing the Jet Blue month-long flight pass and traveling where-ever!! I'm sooo jealous......

Dropping off a disk today for some pro bono work I did for the Restoration Project in West Concord. Their website- www.restorationproject.org states their mission as-
"a nonprofit vocational rehabilitation program teaching traditional methods of furniture restoration to adults with mental ilness, head injuries, and at- risk adolescents."

Went to Waterfire in Providence last Saturday, pretty cool event (Fire!....Water!...) so I made this very short "film". Pretentious? Perhaps....
If you know my son..did you spot him?

Last Saturday I shot my first Russian wedding with the service and reception at the Sharon Community Center, a pretty spot overlooking a lake. The service was short and sweet, with something involving their mothers giving them bread to eat together right after...The vodka flowed freely. Another tradition is that the bride is "kidnapped" and the groom must "earn" her release! The groom earned it by doing a dance with some flowers to the tune of "I'm too sexy"....?!
The next day, I was back at the Orleans Inn where I did "ghost" pictures of the bride and groom. Stay tuned for that.....

Well I've got some catching up to do since my last post. Shot three weddings (busy is good) and have managed to get out and enjoy the last few weeks of summer. Was at The Orleans Inn on July 31st for Leigha and Christopher's wedding. We got to Rock Harbor in time for some sunset portraits which is always great....
