Another rain deluge yesterday...while going up and down the bulkhead moving pumps and hoses around, saw this little guy hanging out on the stairs. I take it as a good-luck sign. Haven't seen one of these since I was a kid running around in the woods!

Photographed the National Kidney Foundation's 60th Anniversay Gala at the Westin Waterfront Hotel in Boston last Saturday. The event was in honor of Theodore I. Steinman for his "46-year dedication to medicine...the enormous contributions to the study and treatment of kidney disease....for being the kind of doctor and human being who inspires each and every person with whom he comes in contact."

I'm going to be working as the First Parish Church of Stow and Acton "Facilities Chair". The job is to help promote the beautiful sanctuary and Fellowship Hall for events (anyone looking for a place to get married???). So naturally my first order of business was to photograph the place. I did this by taking a bunch of pictures and using the Photoshop "photomerge" function. Haven't really played with that before. Lots of work making it all fit smoothly after the "merge", but a pretty cool way to get a wide angle view in one picture....yes?.

Had lunch and did some MIT exploring with my new www.rhodywedding.com design partners (and cousin & cousin-in-law) yesterday. The Stata Center really is something CRAZY....!

Did a very cool shoot with a singer/songwriter out in Quincy MA by the water. It was in the empty house he grew up in that he was getting ready to close a sale on. I liked the concept and he basically gave me "license to play". Thanks Seth, I love these "open ended" shoots.

Tried an experiment with Quick Time last week. This is 10 hours in my backyard condensed into 2 1/2 minutes. Not too exciting... kinda "zen". I like the ending though....
